Institutional mission
We work to ensure that institutions, leaders and organisations act with discernment, not out of inertia; with method, not on intuition; and with consistency, not on impulse.
Our aim is to help organise strategic representation in contexts where every visible decision—an action, a meeting, a public appearance, a public statement or an institutional relationship—can either strengthen or undermine authority, reputation and trust.
We provide sound judgement, structure and support to ensure that the way an organisation communicates, represents itself and acts is consistent with the position it holds and the image it needs to project.
Core principles
These principles define our way of working and the standard we uphold in every project:
Institutional approach
Every decision must be informed by the context, the role, the responsibility and the position held by the organisation.
Professional discretion
Confidentiality is not presented as a commercial promise, but as a natural consequence of a job well done.
Protocol precision
Precedence, symbols, sequences, spaces and gestures are not minor details: they express order, legitimacy and authority.
Representative coherence
What an institution communicates, projects and stages must follow the same strategic logic.
Transfer to the team
The aim is not to create dependency, but to establish clear, applicable and sustainable criteria within the organisation.
Working standard
In our field, quality is not merely claimed: it is demonstrated through the preparation, judgement and consistency with which every visible decision is underpinned.
That is why we work to a standard based on four levels: context analysis, definition of criteria, operational validation and handover to the team. Before taking action, we assess the background, stakeholders, precedents, sensitivities, reputational risks and representation objectives.
This standard allows us to anticipate friction, organise visible decisions and safeguard institutional coherence before any errors occur. Where appropriate, it is translated into internal guidelines, operational criteria, frameworks for action and support materials so that the organisation can act with autonomy, confidence and continuity.
Management and network of specialists
Protocol & Diplomacy Consultancy is led by Pedro L. Sánchez, the firm’s managing director, who is responsible for the methodological, strategic and reputational approach of each project.
Where the nature of the assignment requires it, the firm brings in specialist consultants who share the same standards of judgement, discretion, institutional rigour and professional excellence.
This model enables us to offer a flexible and highly specialised response without compromising on consistency, strategic direction or control over the quality of the work carried out.
Let’s talk with judgement
If your institution, company or organisation needs to strengthen the way it communicates, presents itself and projects authority, we can assess the context and draw up a strategic roadmap.
An initial discussion allows us to identify priorities, risks, opportunities and the most appropriate course of action: consultancy, executive training or strategic support.
